Fact-check agreements before sending them for signing

You can submit agreements for fact-checking before collecting signatures. The comments from the reviewer are visible to internal users on the request for signatures. 

The review process allows you to ensure that the agreements to be signed are legally valid and internally approved.

Processing agreements becomes easier when internally requested signatories can see who has fact-checked the agreement and the comments left on it.

Comment on agreement documents

The comment feature on PDF documents makes it easier to finalize agreements.

The reviewer can write suggestions and comments directly on the document, on the basis of which the administrator of the request for signatures makes corrections on the original document and attaches the revised version to the request for signatures, which is then either sent to the signatories or for a new round of revisions.

Alternatively, the document may be submitted for fact-checking in a file format that allows editing, which the reviewer can attach as a new version to the request for signatures. It can then be converted into a PDF file and sent to the signatories.

Thanks to discussions attached to requests for signatures, you can manage discussions on internal revisions, agreement negotiations with the partner or, if necessary, create a new discussion between persons / groups you select.

You can create templates for requests for signatures to submit them faster.  Templates can be shared for the use of other users, groups or the whole organisation.
