The SignSpace application will move from the current data center of Telia Cygate Oy to the AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud platform provided by Amazon on 25 June 2024 19:00 - 24:00. Short service interruptions may occur during the transfer.
With the new platform, the service will be significantly more stable and faster. In addition, the information security of the service is further improved. The hosting services we use are located within the EU in Stockholm.
The transfer does not affect the content of the service and does not require any action from our customers.
Out-of-office message to inform other users about your vacation arrangements
We are bringing relief to vacation arrangements by introducing out-of-office functionality, which will be released on June 26, 2024 in version 2.1.1. You can find more information in the user manual
Bug Fixes
- The problem with sending the SMS invitation link to reviewers was fixed.
- We added sending an email notification to signatories when updates are made to documents to be signed.
- We made a correction to the signatory information displayed on the signature summary page in cases where a person signs as a group representative.
- We fixed errors related to login and password change.
